Providing Individual Care

Trauma Counseling

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is provided to children ages 4 to 12. This therapy focuses on supporting children who have experienced one or more traumas. Services are provided in person.

Anxiety and Depression

Everyone, at one time or another, feels some level of anxiety and depression. However, when these feelings begin to happen too often or begin interfering with your life, that is when counseling can support you.

Stress and Coping Skills

We each have stress in our lives. When left unchecked, stress can build up and begin affecting our physical, mental, and emotional health. Whether you are dealing with family, school, work, or other stressors, let's work together to develop skills and strategies to support you.

Relationship Issues

Every relationship depends on communication and trust. We work with individuals to address relationship concerns with a focus on understanding and fostering healthy connections.

Self Esteem

We work with individuals who want to improve or develop their self-esteem by strengthening boundary-setting skills, identifying positive strengths and healthy coping strategies, and learning to take control of their emotions.
